Is there really no card required to start?
Right. You enter card info during signup so we can charge you when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and the card is never touched.
Do my customer payments go through TheWashCRM?
No. We use Stripe Connect — customer payments go directly to YOUR Stripe account, then to YOUR bank. We never hold your money. Industry-standard, same setup as Squarespace, Substack, and Shopify.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; Stripe handles proration so you only pay for the time you used at each tier.
What happens if I cancel?
Service continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only for 30 days (so you can export data), then deleted. Annual subscribers keep service for the rest of the paid year.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or annual prepay?
Annual prepay gives you two months free — pay for 10 months, get 12. For nonprofits or other special cases, email support@thewashcrm.com.
What if I need more than 10 locations?
Beyond Pro's 10 included locations, each extra is $50/mo. If you're operating 15+ locations or have custom needs, contact us for an Enterprise conversation.
